| Francine L. Huff is a freelance journalist, author and the Founder and Editorial Director of Super Savvy Publishing, LLC.
She previously worked at the Wall Street Journal, where she was the spot news bureau chief, a news editor and a copy editor.
At the Journal she was responsible for training editors and reporters, overseeing corporate news and earnings coverage and writing international news columns.
She also was part of a team of editors and reporters who won a staff Pulitzer Prize for coverage of the 9/11 bombings of the World Trade Center.
Francine also has worked for the Boston Globe, Pittsburgh Press and Valley News Dispatch. She runs the Super Savvy Spender blog and has written for On Wall Street, PC Magazine, HomeLife, Cyberhomes, WalletPop, Mortgage Loan Place and other Web sites and publications.
Francine has appeared on many radio and TV shows, including ABC News, EWTN, FamilyNet TV, Fox Channel 4 in Dallas, ABC Channel 8 in Dallas, Homeword, Sheridan Broadcasting Network, News 12 Connecticut, Moody Broadcasting Network and Crown Financial’s Money Matters.
She is a gifted speaker and workshop leader who has spoken widely on finances, careers and journalism. She has been the keynote speaker and led workshops for the Coalition of 100 Black Women, Ramapo College, and Christ Church in Montclair, N.J., among others.
Francine attended Northwestern University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree. She is a member of the Author's Guild.
She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Gregory, and daughter, Julia. She also is a member of Stonecrest Community Church in Warren, N.J.
Francine enjoys visiting historical places and museums, bike riding, and arts & crafts projects.
